Mainstay Farm Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday Collin took the day off so he could join us at the homeschool day at Mainstay Farms. We had never been there and it was fun. It's not a working farm and Caden was a little disappointed not to see any chickens but there was still a lot of fun things to do. He dug in the sand, jumped on hay stacks, road a zip line, went down a long slide, picked out some pumpkins, we took a hay ride, went through some mazes, and he played on playground. We saw several of our friends who also homeschool. Gracie enjoyed looking at all of the pumpkins and things on the farm. In a year she'll be running around with her brother. We love taking field trips.
